Payment details:

An accurate RSVP list is very important this year because of COVID restrictions. Please RSVP and pay your $25 contribution to Nancy in the front office. Checks should be made out to AMES PTSO. Please talk to Nancy if you are on a fee waiver or you need financial assistance for this event. You can RSVP and pay online through PayPal by clicking here. Please use the "Add a Note" field to enter your name and the words "graduation party."

 

Venue details:

The venue has street parking only. Carpool if possible, or take TRAX which stops right next to the venue (900 South station). Enter on the southwest corner of the building.

COVID precautions:

We will follow all the COVID precautions required by the Spy Hop Rooftop venue, the entertainment vendor, and AMES for graduation. Currently, the entertainment vendor requires temperatures to be taken upon entry into the event and masks to be worn. The Rooftop currently requires masks to be worn at all times except when sitting down to eat outdoors. Diners will be distanced at tables on the rooftop patio. The venue is an indoor/outdoor space with a large rolling door for ventilation. A Viruserve sanitation fogging machine will be running at all times during the event. AMES will administer COVID tests prior to graduation. Since this event is the day after graduation, seniors do not need to get tested again, but seniors who are unable to attend graduation will not be able to attend the graduation party.

School rules apply. The use of alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs is prohibited.
