  •  Unfunded program’s co-pay is a sliding fee scale based on income, number of dependents and Utah residency for at least 90 days. 
  •  Accepts private insurances based on benefit plan. No referral by primary care physician is necessary. 
  • Not affiliated with IHC providers.

  •  Sexually abused children, crisis nursery center, parent training, adults molested as children, individual, group & family therapy, parenting classes.
  •   Medicaid, United Health Care and Blue Cross / Blue Shield (based on provider plan), crime victim reparations, and special grants for adults molested as children and child victims of sexual abuse.
  •   For a fee, the Family Support Center offers court certified parent ed and adult anger management classes. 
  •  Free crisis nursery at 3 locations and free family mentoring (in-house family support).
  •  Sliding fee scale - $10-$80
